  1. All tickets are non-refundable.
  2. Under the Hong Kong Government's latest COVID-19 arrangements, attendees must scan the venue QR code using the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile application, and present their confirmation screen to venue staff before entering the premises.  
  3. Attendees must comply with the COVID-19 vaccination requirements, anyone who fails to do so may be denied entry. In such case, the ticket fee shall not be refunded. Attendees are required to carry an electronic version or a paper copy of their COVID-19 vaccination record or "COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate", and present as required by venue staff for scanning.   4. Attendees with fever, body temperature over 37.5°C or respiratory symptoms, or who fail to comply with requirements to wear masks may be denied entry. In such case, the ticket fee and courier fee shall not be refunded. 
  5. Eating and drinking is prohibited at the event venue. Attendees must wear masks to fully cover their nose, mouth and chin throughout their stay at the event venue. Anyone who fails to do so may be denied entry. In such case, the ticket fee and courier fee shall not be refunded. 
  6. Asia Society Hong Kong Center reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
