Take a guided tour of Asia Society Hong Kong Center (ASHK), the Former Explosives Magazine compound of the Old Victoria Barracks built by the British Army in the mid-19th century. Explore the history of the heritage site, and learn about its transformation by award-winning Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects into a leading arts and cultural institution in Hong Kong. Discover the site's different features, natural and man-made, and measures employed to conserve and preserve the site's historical significance through its distinctive architectural design.
The public tours are free of charge and are led by ASHK volunteers. For walk-ins, please arrive at the main reception at least 15 minutes before the tour is scheduled to begin. Places are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. ASHK reserves the right to make the final decision without prior notice.
