Workshops teach by Chef Emily Chae, a talented Korean chef, founder of Min's Kitchen and The Scones, operates since 2018. Serving ready to cook home made style Korean cuisine and catering. One of the most popular Korean cooking tutor for both local and Koreans in Hong Kong. Chef Emily will take you on a culinary journey to explore all the secrets of authentic Korean cooking.


[Dish 1] Korean chives pancake is one of the most popular and traditional dishes for foreigners and you can serve is as an appetizer or side dish and usually eaten with dipping sauce.


[Dish 2] Kimbap is a Korean seaweed rice roll filled with a variety of delicious fillings. KIM means seaweed and BAP means rice in Korean. Today, Kimbap is a the most popular on-the-go meal in Korea. You can particularly find it everywhere in Korea and it's popular with adults and kids alike.
