導師介紹 – Mr. Louie Lu | Introduction of Instructor – Mr. Louie Lu

LOUIE成長於台灣的麵包廠家庭 在香港工作二十年後退休, 為了特殊學校畢業後的SEN孩子出路, 創立HELLO COCOA社企, 雇用SEN(有特別需要)青年. 目前致力於建構手工朱古力課程, 希望成立SEN CACAO ACADEMY.

Mr. Louie Lu had worked in Hong Kong for over 20 years, before he retired. Coming from a Taiwanese family who runs a bakery, he decided to start HELLO COCOA in Hong Kong.  He can then help with special education needs youths in this chocolate specialty store after their graduation from a Special Educational Needs school. He hopes to establish SEN CACAO ACADEMY one day.

HELLO COCOA 是一間認證的社會企業, 以獨特的精品手工朱古力產銷培實模式, 培養SEN青年朱古力師自僱自立, 關注SEN青年就業與生涯困難, 努力推廣SEN CAN DO. DO WELL ! 的弱勢關懷與社會共融. 

HELLO COCA is a social enterprise who trains SEN youth on how to make handcraft artisan chocolates. Hopefully, with this skillset, these youth would become independent and find a career in this field. Hence, HELLO COCOA cares for the special needs community and believes in SEN CAN DO. DO WELL!

誰應該參加這個工作坊？| Who should attend this workshop?

這是一個很好的親子間的親子活動。只要有成人指導，步驟就很容易遵循。


This is a great family activity for the adult and child to know more about chocolate and SEN in Hong Kong via the workshop.  Accompanied by adult's guidance, the steps should be easy to follow for children.

To learn about the ingredient of chocolate (Cacao) which can make as raw cacao drink in your choice of favor


所需的工具 | What do I need to prepare before the session?

-             熱水500毫升

-             糖漿100 毫升

-             喜歡的香料(如薄荷 薑 花椒)少許

-             喜歡的杯子與小匙羹

-             500ml Hot Water

-             100ml Sugar Syrup

-             Small amount of spices if you like them (Mint, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, etc)

-             your favorite cup and a tea spoon
