Join us for an evening of inspired music to lift your heart, with Deborah and Friends. Singer/songwriter Deborah Mannas will entrance you with her versatile, emotive, soaring vocal stylings and inspiring song choices, bringing you her well loved originals and some favorite jazzy covers to usher in the Christmas spirit.

Deborah is a singer/songwriter, and one of a very few female solo artists in Hong Kong who has independently produced two original albums, Inspired (2018) and Magician (2019), and several singles since. 2020. Her work is a versatile mix of jazz, soul, funk and pop rock, which she has performed all over Hong Kong. Deborah has been played by Uncle Ray, interviewed on RTHK "The Works", HKEJ, HK Confidential, Life on Lantau, China News Agency, to name a few. With her versatile, broad range and unique style her voice "catches you on the inside", as one fan puts it.

Deborah is accompanied by:

Bhoyet Samonte, an iconic mainstay of the Hong Kong music scene. A gifted pianist whose mercuric fingers dance on the keys, whom you might've seen gracing the Conrad, Four Seasons and Intercontinental hotels, to name a few.

Vinc Chan

Having graduated as a bass performance major from the Los Angeles Music Academy, Vinc Chan is the bassist of a number of Bands. Vinc has been in various TV and radio programs as well as major performances. Vinc is also a music coach in different universities and organizations.

Jon Benard is a well-known and versatile drummer who is at ease with diverse genres, jazz, soul, funk, pop, rock, african beats, and worship music. His versatility has allowed him to perform with a variety of different bands, both western and famous canto-pop stars.

Jon is also a producer, sound engineer, music teacher, and entrepreneur, the owner of Levites Music.

Angela Daphne Villanueva, a superbly gifted flautist. She has made her mark on the HK music scene with her nimble style and inventive musicality, and has played on both Deborah's albums.

Expect a wide repertoire spanning everything from Alicia Keys and Amy Winehouse to Eva Cassidy and GnR, Nina Simone and Bob Marley, with a generous mix of well-loved jazz standards, Deborah's inspirational originals and beloved Christmas music.
