  1. I declare that I have read the Guidance Notes for Participants​ from the Water Supplies Department
  2. I declare that I will ensure my health conditions are good on the date of visit. If there is any develop obvious symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, shortness of breath, vomiting and diarrhoea), I will not participate in the visit according to the recommendation.
  3. The route between the assembly/dismissal point and the Ex-SSPSR takes a walk of about 15 minutes. It consists of mainly narrow trails and stairs and certain efforts will be required. Participants should assess own health conditions and consider whether it is necessary to be accompanied and assisted by care takers before the guided tour.
  4. The Water Supplies Department requires all attendees to provide their full name, age and the last four alphanumeric characters of a valid identification document at least two weeks before the date of the visit in order to attend the Ex-Sham Shui Po Service Reservoir Guided Tour. By registering and attending this event, you agree to let Asia Society Hong Kong give your full name, age and last four characters/digits of your identification document to The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Water Supplies Department for the abovementioned purpose.
