Mental health is the cornerstone of everyday work and study life. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more people are saying that they suffer from "Pandemic Fatigue". Many people have been isolated due to quarantine and some might feel a lack of support when they need to reach out. Loneliness is common as a result of social isolation – it does not only affect the elderly, students, kids but also adults who work from home. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic adds to the stress the city faces. Therefore, destigmatizing, understanding, and supporting mental health platforms are all the more important when some have lost the stability, structure, and support people once found in the workplace and in social interaction. Although loneliness seems to be a short-term feeling, when the emotion of loneliness gets accumulated, it has the possibility of developing into other mental health issues. It is important for us to take care of ourselves and to understand our needs.

Join us to get some mental health tips, know more about the recent research findings on pandemic fatigue, and a specially designed training programme "Journey Together" supporting youth workers, and remember, "you are not alone to feel like you are alone".
